Library Desks 

The Library Book Sales Department needed to upgrade the desks to better process sales and increase display shelves to house books. The Foundation provided funding of $1,150 to help complete this project.

Clubhouse Restaurant Enhancement

The Club Board requested funds to complete the renovation of the restaurant including two credenzas, lighting, chandeliers, dimmers, artwork, and artwork lighting. The EVF provided funding of $70,028 to complete the renovation.

Clubhouse Foyer Project

The Club Board requested funds to complete the enhancement of the restaurant foyer and inner walkway.  The funding provided a large foyer chandelier and three interior chandeliers in the same style as those in the remodeled restaurant. The project also included historical artwork in the foyer. The Foundation approved $15,000 to complete the upgrade.

Tennis Viewing Stand

The EVF helped to upgrade the viewing and seating gallery at the tennis courts. With Tennis Club member support, the EVF provided funding of $41,260 to complete the renovation.

Montgomery Window Shades

The Villages Table Tennis Club was having difficulty seeing when they played due to glare from the sun and wanted shades for the windows.  With Table Tennis Club support the Foundation provided funding of $5,000 to complete the renovation.

Prime Rib Carving Station

Director John Yu and the Club Board continue to explore new ways to enhance your dining experience. One example of this is the tableside prime rib carving station.  The EVF provided $4,615 to add this feature to the clubhouse.

Bistro Espresso Machine

This commercial espresso machine delivers high-quality coffee drinks and is capable of a high-volume demand of 120 shots of espresso per hour.  Coffee drinkers have said that "the latte is as good as it gets - sure beats driving to Starbucks."  The Foundation provided $14,133 for this improvement to the Bistro and restaurant.
