The Evergreen Villages Foundation

EVF is an independent foundation whose mission is to raise funds for capital improvements. This requires working closely with the Club Board to achieve mutual goals. Our funds are limited and we have a responsibility to our donors to be thoughtful in managing the money entrusted to us. Please be aware that significant capital improvement projects within The Villages require the approval of the Club Board.

The Evergreen Villages Foundation (EVF) has established a procedure for Club Board-approved organizations to request capital improvement support for projects. The first step is to submit your project to the Club Board for approval. The application form for this approval is here.  After your project has been approved by the Club Board reach out to the EVF by clicking here to download the EVF project request form. Complete the form and submit it to our Projects Manager,  Morton Cordell, for review by the Projects Committee. This process can take up to 60 days to complete. 

EVF asks that requesting organizations participate in funding their special projects.  Funds from your organization can come from accumulated dues, from special assessments on your members, or from individual gifts.  

The EVF endeavors to support projects that touch the lives of most if not all of our neighbors.  We are especially interested in projects that enrich the quality of life for Villagers.
