The 2017/18 Annual Report reviews the overall operations of The Evergreen Villages Foundation. The Foundation Board continues to cover all administrative costs and can proudly state that 100% of your donations are dedicated to capital improvement.  Our fiscal year is from May 1 through April 30th.

 

We had a total of $95,173 in contributions, expenditures of $14,242 in projects with $268,835 in funds restricted to six projects not yet completed or invoiced for the expenditure. We have remaining funds of $103,148 for future capital improvement requests.

 

In light of the reduction of Club capital improvement assessments to $1 in June, consider signing up to become a sustaining donor of The Foundation and continue the $8 assessment with the tax deduction as an extra incentive to enhance our amenities in your community.
