Montgomery Center Conference Space

Meeting rooms like those in Building A or the Patio Room in Cribari that seat 12 people around a conference table have always been rare. Fortunately, a new meeting room was completed in late fall 2021. Thanks to your generous donations the new meeting room is furnished with a beautiful conference table and twelve meeting chairs. This inviting conference space will become available for Villagers to use.  The EVF contributed $3,500 towards this project.

Bistro Patio Improvements

 The EVF was asked to help provide temporary shelter for the Bisto Patio to enable extended outdoor dining. The EVF assisted with the purchase of an impressive outdoor dining tent that can be used elsewhere now that a safe outdoor dining experience has returned. The tent can be also be moved and used for special events elsewhere in the Villages. In addition to this much-needed shelter, the EVF also donated funds for the purchase of more tables for two and cushions for the patio chairs. Funding for this entire project came to $9900.

Driving Range Mats

Thanks to your generous donations to the Evergreen Villages Foundation, the driving range now has 15 new mats and they’re already making a difference. The old mats had reached the end of their practical use. The EVF donated funds to upgrade the new mats to an improved construction. The new mats have greatly enhanced the driving range experience for all golfers using the facility. The EVF contributed $3,000 for this upgrade.​
