Pickleball Courts

The EVF was asked to assist the Villages Pickleball Court project. After years of planning and construction, this new amenity opened in December 2020. The courts are a wonderful addition to the community and are a huge hit with our active residents.  The EVF General Fund contributed $75,000 to this project.

Bistro Patio Heaters

To enhance the Bistro Patio comfort and to help provide healthy outdoor dining during the evening the EVF was happy to assist the Clubhouse to purchase 6 new outdoor heaters for the Bistro Patio area. This addition to the alfresco dining experience allows residents to spend more time on the Bistro patio during chilly evenings. The EVF contributed $2,338 to this project.
